Description

  • Manage 2 to 3 active client projects at the same time while tracking status, timelines, and blockers.
  • Research client markets, industry trends, competition, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to define product vision and initial product scope.
  • Translate client requirements into intuitive designs with product designers and support the development process.
  • Write user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and project tasks for implementation by project managers, development, and QA.
  • Lead weekly client meetings to share updates, review progress, and demo milestones.
  • Manage client expectations and facilitate scope, prioritization, budget, and timeline trade-off discussions.
  • Support sales activities by joining prospect calls and contributing to proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional product features, marketing services, or maintenance/support contracts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products such as SaaS, mobile, web, or AI products.
  • Strong relationship management experience in a client-facing role or with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic product development environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Must be located in the EST time zone or adjacent and able to overlap with the European team between 8am and 1pm Eastern.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI and machine learning are highly valued.
  • Experience working with AI or ML products is preferred.
