Description

  • Engage active and passive candidates to build diverse, qualified talent pools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create clear job descriptions.
  • Develop targeted headhunting strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill technology roles.
  • Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities using Boolean search and advanced techniques.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and LinkedIn Recruiter AI to improve sourcing, screening, and outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview processes, and gather feedback.
  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and maintain accurate records in Workable.
  • Contribute to recruiting knowledge sharing, process improvements, and effective use of AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and technology talent.
  • 1+ year of international IT recruiting experience and understanding of the global talent market.
  • Demonstrated success hiring long-term employees rather than only project-based contractors.
  • Strong proactive headhunting and outreach skills beyond inbound applications.
  • Experience building and managing candidate pools for future hiring needs.
  • Persistence and patience with hard-to-fill roles and longer searches.
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and LinkedIn Recruiter AI in recruiting workflows.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, ideally Workable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Comfort with concise daily reporting and disciplined recruiting processes.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
