Description

  • Develop and maintain the HIL test environment using physical hardware and simulated dynamics for stress and fault-injection testing.
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and AI analysis tools, and keep HIL CI jobs green.
  • Expand module self-tests and improve the data pipeline while owning regression and smoke test coverage.
  • Integrate high-speed DAQ and bus tracing for deep hardware and firmware diagnostics.
  • Partner with robot software and Nimble Health to improve simulation models used on the HILs.
  • Lead physical pick/pack testing to evaluate and optimize SKU pickability, grip reliability, and placement accuracy.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, or Robotics Engineering.
  • 1-3+ years validating embedded systems, control software, or robotics firmware.
  • HIL experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with Rust or C++ for automated test scripts and analysis.
  • CI/CD experience, such as Jenkins.
  • Understanding of digital and analog I/O and robotics communications including CAN, Ethernet, USB, and Serial.
  • MATLAB or Simulink experience is a plus.
  • Comfort with requirements traceability and defect management.
