Description

  • Design and write maintainable automated test scripts for web applications and backend APIs.
  • Build and scale automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to create detailed end-to-end test plans.
  • Execute regression, functional, and smoke tests before major production releases.
  • Identify, log, and track defects with reproduction steps and severity details.
  • Isolate and troubleshoot test failures to distinguish application issues from script instability.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teammates throughout Agile ceremonies.
  • Integrate automated tests into deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of QA experience.
  • Experience with test automation.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL.
  • Experience with backend, frontend, and API testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Cucumber.
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs with tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Bruno.
  • Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries.
  • Solid understanding of Git and branching workflows.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as K6, JMeter, or Gatling.
  • Experience with application security testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
  • Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
