Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Work with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.

Requirements

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments.
Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
A collaborative mindset focused on delivering business value.
Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus.
Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Experience with process modeling such as BPMN or workflow documentation is a plus.
Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments is a plus.
