Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
  • Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments.
  • Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on delivering business value.
  • Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus.
  • Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Experience with process modeling such as BPMN or workflow documentation is a plus.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
  • Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments is a plus.
