Description

  • Analyze and document business and IT activities across SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP environments.
  • Compare activity execution patterns between SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP landscapes.
  • Categorize activities across Business User, Business Key User, IT Functional Consultant, IT Developer, and IT Architect roles.
  • Document activity descriptions, outputs, functional interactions, ownership, collaboration points, and handover interfaces.
  • Identify required competencies and associated learning, training, and knowledge enablement topics.
  • Create and maintain documentation for activity allocation and role interaction models.
  • Record findings, assumptions, and activity mappings in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Prepare project status summaries and documentation packages for governance reviews.
  • Analyze SAP Private Cloud and SAP BTP-related activities and compare them with SAP ERP environments using BTP components.
  • Compile and hand over comprehensive project documentation to the customer.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERP environments.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business and IT activities within SAP landscapes.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Controlling, including CATS, and/or Accounting processes.
  • Understanding of SAP roles, responsibilities, activity allocation, and organizational models.
  • Ability to map activities to predefined business and IT role groups.
  • Experience creating structured process and activity documentation.
  • Knowledge of SAP architecture and development.
  • Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform and its integration with SAP solutions.
  • Ability to work with documentation templates, governance requirements, and project methodologies.
  • Good command of English; German language skills are preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP BTP, or SAP ERP-to-S/4HANA transformation projects is preferred.
  • Experience with capacity management, workforce planning, competency mapping, training needs analysis, knowledge management, or organizational design is preferred.
