Description

  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead sales activities to support business goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share within assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop high-level relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer business situations to uncover constraints and growth opportunities.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE and the customer.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with NiCE CXone Mpower strengths and can be successfully implemented.

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones.
  • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Superior relationship and client management skills with the ability to manage and resolve customer escalations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C- and VP-level audiences.
  • Collaborative approach to working across internal and external teams.
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident, with a preference for autonomy and ownership of revenue-driving activities.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products is preferred.
