Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to map current workflows and define future-state AI-enabled processes.
  • Identify ROI-backed opportunities to reduce effort, improve employee experience, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Design, build, and iterate on AI solutions and automations using n8n, Copilot Studio, and related tools.
  • Create reliable AI agents and assistants that remove manual work from internal support teams.
  • Work within NiCE internal systems such as CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing tools, and operational platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and developers to overcome technical obstacles, integrate securely with enterprise systems, and scale solutions.
  • Enable and upskill internal support teams through reusable patterns, playbooks, coaching, and hands-on problem solving.
  • Apply modern AI approaches pragmatically across internal operations, including LLMs, RAG, GPT-based assistants, MCP servers, APIs, JSON, and light scripting.
  • Use AI tools to debug and resolve workflow or code errors.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions and support iterative improvements based on feedback and results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutioning, business process improvement, operations consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Proven ability to translate operational needs into practical AI use cases and deliver against clear success metrics.
  • Strong applied knowledge of AI and NLP technologies, including LLMs, RAG, GPTs, Copilot-style assistants, AI agent patterns, and MCP servers.
  • Hands-on experience building automations or assistants with n8n or comparable orchestration tools.
  • Comfort developing in Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, JSON, and basic coding or scripting.
  • Ability to use AI tools to debug and manipulate code or automation errors.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and regular personal or professional use of AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple initiatives.
