Description

  • Own discovery calls and technical deep dives to identify customer pain points and solution opportunities.
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations that translate product capabilities into business value.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs with differentiated, creative submissions.
  • Design and execute proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate real-world impact and help accelerate deals.
  • Track competitive positioning, market trends, and emerging technologies across AI, digital, analytics, and cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise and upskill adjacent teams as a subject matter voice for AI.
  • Work closely with Sales throughout the presales cycle, including discovery, demos, and POCs.
  • Bridge technology and business value for enterprise prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture supporting complex enterprise software sales.
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
  • 5+ years of contact center experience with deep familiarity in the CCaaS landscape.
  • Proven track record of delivering best-in-class solutions with strong work examples.
  • Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, and omnichannel engagement solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM, and browser developer tools.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding techniques to prototype and iterate quickly.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to revenue and profit outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to identify root causes and apply creative thinking to solve complex issues.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technology field is preferred; MBA is preferred.
  • Experience with NiCE, Cognigy, or comparable CCaaS / conversational AI platforms is preferred.
