Description

  • Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
  • Build scalable, performant, and secure web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Architect and implement APIs, services, and data models.
  • Improve system reliability, observability, and performance.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Contribute to technical roadmap, system design, and architecture decisions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, C#/.NET, or similar.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of databases such as SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, CodeX, Anthropic and OpenAI toolchain, and experience with GenAI and AgenticAI.
  • Preferred: experience with microservices or distributed systems.
  • Preferred: knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: familiarity with event-driven architecture such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Preferred: experience with observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus.
  • Preferred: prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
