Description

  • Acquire new enterprise customers across industries in the UK&I region.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting.
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to achieve business goals.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close.
  • Engage senior executives with a consultative, value-driven sales approach to build business cases, ROI models, and digital transformation proposals.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs, presales, marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Represent NiCE at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Use CRM consistently to track engagement and sales cycle progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive with a track record of success selling SaaS in the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
  • Strong hunter mentality and motivation to win in a hyper-growth company.
  • Experience navigating sales cycles with all management levels, especially SVP and C-level executives.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and discipline, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfort using a partner channel to support the sales process.
