Description

  • Manage Executive Insights engagements from intake through delivered readout in priority order set by the business.
  • Maintain a current view of the pipeline, including work in progress, queued engagements, and expected delivery timing.
  • Keep the program on schedule at high volume by preventing bottlenecks and ensuring work flows through each stage.
  • Track real-time status for all active engagements and monitor progress against target dates.
  • Identify at-risk engagements early and coordinate with relevant teams to keep delivery on track.
  • Serve as the source of truth for engagement status and what is needed to move each one forward.
  • Provide leadership with consistent visibility into throughput, cycle time, pipeline health, and program performance.
  • Define and maintain KPIs and keep program data clean and trustworthy in the system of record.
  • Improve program efficiency over time by streamlining processes, reducing manual effort, and supporting automation and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

  • Program and project management experience, including planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines or portfolios with many concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with status reporting, KPI design, and program-level visibility.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for tracking and reporting.
  • Clear and concise executive communication skills.
  • Experience with process documentation and workflow design, with an eye toward automation.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal project management training or certification, such as PMP, is a plus.
  • Program or project management experience in a SaaS, GTM, or operational environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, multi-workstream pipeline is preferred.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams in a fast-moving environment is preferred.
  • Formal project management certification, such as PMP, or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or CXone is a plus.
