Description

  • Establish and manage relationships across the NiCE partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and scale partner recruitment strategies, programs, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to align partner activities with NiCE channel strategy.
  • Architect multivendor solutions and ensure their subsystems work together effectively.
  • Collaborate with and support NiCE Partner Alliance Leaders on partnership growth initiatives.
  • Build and manage ongoing relationships with partner executives, sales teams, and client account teams.
  • Lead partner training and enablement on NiCE products, services, and go-to-market motions.
  • Drive partner sales scale efforts, including pipeline generation and pipeline management.
  • Engage with clients onsite to identify use cases and quantify business value.
  • Hold value-oriented discussions with government agency leadership, architects, and line-of-business users.

Requirements

  • Expert-level account management and partnership skills.
  • Expert-level account management of clients using specialized component subsystems such as hardware, software, networking, and storage products.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner channel sales.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales, including at least 3 years in a specialized vertical requiring integration of global systems.
  • Proven track record in value-based consulting sales.
  • Government business and financial modeling experience for GSI solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Cala/LATAM partner ecosystem and business environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
