Description

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams, including sales, product marketing, and external agencies, to deliver coordinated projects.
  • Support virtual and in-person events by coordinating logistics, speaker arrangements, event collateral, and attendee experience.
  • Track and analyze campaign and event performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
  • Create and manage marketing content such as emails, whitepapers, brochures, and social media materials.
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events using platforms such as Notified.
  • Manage external agencies and partners by writing briefs and reviewing deliverables.
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute ideas to improve campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven success managing events and supporting global or regional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot.
  • Strong understanding of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor management, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with virtual and in-person events, including sales kickoffs, tradeshows, and customer-facing events, preferred.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Notified and virtual event execution, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools, preferred.
  • Experience managing external agencies and event-related projects, preferred.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Sprout Social, and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
