Description

  • Drive execution of AI programs across internal productivity and customer-facing use cases, including LLM copilots and AI knowledge assistants.
  • Partner with the AI Engineering team to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs.
  • Define program charters, project plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules.
  • Facilitate alignment across AI Product, AI Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Data Governance teams.
  • Track and report KPIs related to adoption, performance, and business impact.
  • Lead change management efforts, including enablement, communications, and rollout planning.
  • Stay current on developments in GenAI, LLMs, and related AI tooling to inform roadmap planning.
  • Champion Samsara’s values and operating principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • 6–8 years of program management or business operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven tech company.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs involving both technical and business teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Familiarity with AI-related technologies and workflows, including basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models.
  • Comfort working in remote and distributed team environments.
  • PMP certification or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience supporting AI product rollouts or data science workflows preferred.
  • Experience partnering with technical leads, data teams, or MLOps functions preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Gong, or other sales systems preferred.
  • Passion for building AI solutions such as custom GPTs or custom Gems preferred.
  • Must be based in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
