Description

  • Engage with clients to analyze requirements, create proposals, and present solutions during the pre-sales process, including RFPs and RFIs.
  • Architect end-to-end CX and CCaaS solutions across the NiCE portfolio and enterprise systems.
  • Define target architectures, technology stacks, integrations, data flows, and security approaches for customer solutions.
  • Develop solution blueprints, architectural documents, integration maps, security models, reference architectures, and bills of materials.
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, product, and delivery teams, and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Guide development efforts, oversee migrations, and provide technical leadership during implementation.
  • Act as an escalation point and support the handover from sales to service teams for delivery execution.
  • Stay current on technology trends and represent NiCE as an internal and external thought leader.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales solution architecture or enterprise architecture for cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Deep technical expertise in CX/CCaaS platforms such as NICE CXone or comparable solutions.
  • Experience with AI and automation platforms such as Cognigy or equivalent tools.
  • Experience designing integrations between CX/CCaaS platforms, AI services, automation tools, and adjacent customer systems.
  • Fluency with identity provisioning and SSO standards, including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Knowledge of API design, event-driven integration, and secured data movement.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of networking, resiliency, observability, and cloud cost drivers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise governance.
  • Detailed knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
  • Knowledge of data residency, encryption at rest and in transit, key management, and risk assessment for regulated or public sector environments.
