Description

  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through outside sales meetings, calls, presentations, and product demos.
  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Support inside sales activities, including quotes, submittals, and bid preparation.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules, plans, and coordination to ensure equipment arrives on site when needed.
  • Provide technical product support, job site visits, and hands-on troubleshooting as needed.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products within the assigned market.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
  • Support end users and contractors with service, wiring assistance, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • A 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interface directly with customers.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business savvy.
  • Passion for work with an aggressive drive to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Must be a self-starter / "go getter."
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
