Description

  • Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements from discovery through solution design, architecture validation, and technical close.
  • Translate business objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient technical architectures for service provider partners.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and executive presentations focused on business value and cyber risk reduction.
  • Design, manage, and execute proof-of-concepts aligned with customer success criteria and operational realities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, partners, product management, and engineering to shape solution architecture and customer outcomes.
  • Advise technical and executive stakeholders on data resilience and cyber recovery strategies.
  • Support complex sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder discovery, solution design, POCs, and executive engagement.
  • Travel up to 75% as needed to support customer and partner engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or senior technical leadership roles in enterprise environments.
  • Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including discovery, solution design, POCs, and executive engagements.
  • Strong technical foundation across data resilience, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, networking, and security.
  • Solid understanding of data security, privacy, governance, and regulatory considerations for enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and senior IT leaders.
  • Experience working with SaaS products, service provider businesses, or managed service providers is preferred.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems in enterprise deployments is preferred.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Nutanix AHV is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and cloud-native data protection is preferred.
  • Background working with data protection, cyber resilience, or enterprise infrastructure vendors is preferred.

  • Pay range of $177,800 to $330,100 CAD, with base pay plus a competitive performance-based bonus.
