Description

  • Manage customer relationships across the full lifecycle, from implementation through long-term account growth.
  • Process renewals on time, including pricing in line with contractual requirements.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and close smaller transactions directly.
  • Partner with account executives on larger sales opportunities.
  • Support customer adoption and satisfaction by helping with product usage and escalating issues when needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts and maintain deep knowledge of the customer base.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations that communicate usage, benefits, achievements, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Work with product management to relay customer feedback and help shape future product improvements.
  • Support smooth customer implementations by coordinating with the implementation team and providing on-site assistance as needed.
  • Track customer retention and revenue growth to measure success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of applicable experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
  • Working technical knowledge of financial crimes software, design, and functionality.
  • Experience managing the business aspects of mid-to-large-sized customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer time constraints.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision.
  • Competency in negotiating and upselling products and service offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency, primarily with an installed base of customers (preferred).
  • Experience or knowledge of AML or fraud solutions (preferred).
