Description

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple disciplines.
  • Manage onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
  • Support employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processing and check payroll accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Prepare employee letters and update HR systems for changes during the employment cycle.
  • Support compensation and benefits activities by benchmarking data, analyzing trends, and producing HRIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies across global regions.
  • Use HR data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and prepare monthly reports for the HR Director.
  • Support multiple HR projects, including new HR system implementation, global payroll, and employee benefits schemes.
  • Take the lead on offboarding, leavers, and end-of-contract processes.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong administrative capability with payroll support and HR systems maintenance.
  • Ability to use HR data, analytics, and reporting tools to produce regular reports and support proactive actions.
  • Knowledge of labour law, regulatory, and policy compliance across multiple regions.
  • Experience supporting HR projects and managing multiple priorities, timelines, and resources.
  • Ability to work with department managers and wider HR/P&C teams as a stakeholder partner.
  • Immediate availability preferred, or a notice period of less than 15 days.
  • Experience supporting engagement activities and improving onboarding best practice is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, compensation benchmarking, and global payroll or benefits schemes is preferred.
