Description

  • Lead prioritization, planning, execution, and reporting for the product area in partnership with the Technical Owner and squad members.
  • Influence the product roadmap through discovery, prioritization, requirements refinement, and value matrix development for client delivery.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and UX/UI partners to translate customer needs into product concepts, epics, stories, mockups, and storyboards.
  • Lead customer discovery efforts and synthesize customer and market insights into product requirements and backlog items.
  • Partner with Squad Technical Owners to plan sprints, participate in agile ceremonies, and continuously groom the backlog.
  • Communicate product roadmaps internally, to clients, and to industry analysts.
  • Work with customers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to understand needs, priorities, and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into product work items and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop educational materials, webinars, and training for the product portfolio.
  • Create pricing, messaging, and positioning for go-to-market activities based on industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience in practice management, patient acquisition, patient management, or patient engagement.
  • Experience developing consumer-facing or patient-facing solutions.
  • Ability to identify and synthesize client needs and pain points.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute day-to-day operational activities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulatory trends and compliance requirements, including certifications and internal training.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Experience with Go-High-Level CRM or another healthcare CRM is preferred.
  • Exposure to ambulatory practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development is preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare digital marketing is preferred.
