Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Own assigned model areas, including revenue, COGS, operating expenses, workforce planning, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Support financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for acquisitions, partnerships, product development, pricing, contracts, and other projects.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for executives, the board, and private equity investors.
  • Partner with business units on financial needs, forecasts, budget compliance, and strategic decisions.
  • Use Power Query and Power BI to transform and analyze data while ensuring reporting accuracy.
  • Improve close, forecasting, and analysis processes through automation and collaboration with business intelligence teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate accounting in an analytical or reporting role.
  • Experience with corporate budgeting processes and detailed financial models.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience using Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, customer relationship, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience with private equity stakeholders, healthcare IT, SaaS, or healthcare services preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or enterprise planning software such as Adaptive, Planful, Anaplan, or Pigment preferred.
