Description

  • Lead the full sales cycle for the 1-2 physician specialty market segment.
  • Manage inbound and self-sourced leads from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals.
  • Conduct qualification and discovery calls to assess prospective client needs.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations to physicians, administrators, and staff.
  • Prepare and present tailored price proposals and ROI calculations.
  • Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Maintain timely follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Complete documentation needed for implementation, support, and account management.
  • Support clients through implementation and go-live, then transition them to the Client Success Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and full-cycle sales processes, or significant experience working in a healthcare practice in specialties such as plastic surgery or dermatology.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner with peers, prospects, and clients.
  • Positive outlook, accountability, adaptability to change, and a solution-focused approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in software sales preferred.
  • Experience working within a healthcare practice environment preferred.
