Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Aesthetics segment, including buyer personas, practice types, workflows, challenges, and value drivers.
  • Own Aesthetics-specific positioning and messaging that reflects buyer needs, outcomes, and proof points.
  • Partner with product-focused Product Marketing Managers and Product teams to ensure Aesthetics considerations are represented in positioning, launches, and enablement.
  • Develop product marketing inputs for assigned launches and deliver segment-ready materials on time within the GTM process and Internal Enablement Briefs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, and L&D to create and maintain Aesthetics enablement assets such as messaging, talk tracks, and proof points.
  • Own win/loss insights for the Aesthetics segment and use them to improve messaging and enablement effectiveness.
  • Contribute to enablement audits by identifying outdated assets, gaps, and opportunities to simplify sales materials.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends affecting Aesthetics practices and surface insights for positioning and commercial strategy.
  • Support strategic market moments such as flagship events and seasonal messaging refreshes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on business priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort presenting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector preferred.
  • Experience supporting healthcare specialty markets such as Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools preferred.
  • Product Marketing Alliance Certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
