Description

  • Lead a high-performing product marketing team and oversee go-to-market initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs that measure product marketing effectiveness and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to plan and execute product launches and feature enhancements.
  • Set launch objectives, measure results, and iterate on strategies to improve product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Craft product positioning and messaging that clearly communicate technical concepts to target audiences.
  • Establish pricing and packaging frameworks in partnership with Product and Finance.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, demos, and FAQs.
  • Research target markets, emerging trends, customer needs, and market size to inform strategy.
  • Run competitive intelligence and translate insights into positioning and sales enablement strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through buyer research, win/loss analysis, segmentation, and persona development.
  • Develop targeted demand generation initiatives and monitor campaign performance to improve pipeline and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data analytics.
  • Experience in labor market intelligence, HR tech, workforce analytics, education technology, or other data-driven B2B SaaS environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success launching products, building messaging, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to shape and deliver go-to-market strategies that increase product adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Field Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Willingness to be a player-coach with a deep understanding of how product marketing supports revenue.
  • Understanding of the labor market, data analytics, and the needs of educational institutions, enterprises, and government organizations is a big plus.
