Description

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other PPC platforms.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments.
  • Establish paid media performance benchmarks and manage budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Research competitive advertising strategies and recommend keyword and competitive ad updates.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad creative with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROAS and adjust tactics based on results.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and present data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with data stakeholders to develop dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Incorporate AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with customer and marketing operations teams on broader campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B paid media experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience executing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and entrepreneurial skills to work independently on complex projects.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve reporting and data issues.
  • Proven ability to act as both a strategist and an executor in paid media.
  • Background in paid media campaign execution across many channels is preferred.
  • Experience integrating paid media into multi-channel campaign planning is preferred.
