Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services within a book of business.
  • Lead strategy and campaign planning across marquee, enterprise-level accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Execute and optimize performance marketing plans across search and other paid media channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate it into insights, interpretations, and action plans.
  • Serve as a strategic leader and key escalation point for account teams and clients.
  • Coach team members through feedback, training support, and skill development.
  • Help develop training materials and participate in training presentations.
  • Identify department knowledge gaps and work with leadership to implement trainings, solutions, and process improvements.
  • Maintain frequent and effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Use AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflows and business processes.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing.
  • Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization on large, enterprise-level accounts, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn independently, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
