Description

  • Lead on-time, on-budget delivery across the AI Foundry and Anthropic services portfolio.
  • Build executive client relationships and oversee delivery health, escalations, risks, quality, adoption, and value realization.
  • Govern delivery governance, methodology, scope, milestones, change control, security, privacy, testing, and responsible AI practices.
  • Oversee portfolio forecasting, revenue, utilization, backlog, margins, staffing, delivery costs, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting on opportunity shaping, proposals, SOWs, estimates, staffing, and sales-to-delivery transitions.
  • Drive account expansion, bookings, client retention, and growth across AI, Anthropic, ServiceNow, data, and managed services offerings.
  • Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across delivery, engineering, architecture, consulting, ServiceNow, data, and program management.
  • Improve delivery frameworks, reusable assets, playbooks, operating practices, and managed-services handoffs.
  • Maintain personal utilization through executive governance, escalations, workshops, solution shaping, and strategic advisory work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in program or project management, delivery leadership, or client engagement management.
  • 5+ years of portfolio management, account delivery leadership, or P&L/margin accountability experience.
  • 5+ years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years leading enterprise AI or GenAI programs, including at least one production LLM or agentic deployment.
  • Experience with enterprise AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, agentic AI, workflow automation, cloud platforms, data readiness, governance, and adoption.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platforms, enterprise workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled experiences.
  • Strong financial, risk-management, executive communication, stakeholder-management, and team-leadership skills.
  • Experience with pre-sales, SOW development, estimation, solution shaping, account growth, distributed teams, or high-growth consulting organizations; relevant Agile, Scrum, PMP, ServiceNow, cloud, AI/ML, or Anthropic certifications preferred.
