Description

  • Lead hands-on development using SQL and Python, create BI visualizations, and design data models in platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Design, deploy, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker.
  • Lead projects and teams through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Facilitate workshops, provide project updates, and lead meetings with client stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Ensure user satisfaction through responsive support and high-quality project execution.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable plans and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives including mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management, process, implementation, system integration, and SDLC experience in Agile environments.
  • 7+ years of consulting or data-focused experience.
  • Expert-level SQL experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, or MS SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with self-service BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience designing and building relational databases and/or data warehouses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Media & Entertainment and/or Consumer Products industries preferred.
  • Experience with large consulting firms and cloud platforms such as AWS preferred.
  • Ability to automate data tasks, analyze data patterns, and present solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with dbt preferred; occasional project-related travel may be required.
