Description

  • Own customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing technical success across the assigned customer base.
  • Document customer adoption progress and success outcomes.
  • Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic products within customers’ technical environments.
  • Partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals.
  • Advocate for new product features and share customer feedback with product management and engineering teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each customer’s business and technical environment.
  • Lead product demonstrations for diverse audiences and respond to real-time technical questions.
  • Resolve technical problems in real time for customers.
  • Manage account planning and documentation from a technical perspective.
  • Travel as needed for this field-based role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of pre- or post-sales experience within the software industry.
  • 1+ years of pre- or post-sales experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical background with a customer- and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Interest in or prior experience with performance monitoring tools for infrastructure, application, web or mobile, or user experience.
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date project plans and documentation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with one or more development languages, such as Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, or Golang, is a plus.
  • Exposure to or interest in cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, or CI/CD is a plus.
  • Background in mobile device platforms and architectures, including iOS and Android, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is desirable.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
