Description

  • Lead a team of Technical Account Managers supporting strategic customers as the main technical contacts.
  • Help customers resolve complex technical problems and provide proactive guidance using Twilio technologies.
  • Coach and develop team members while supporting their overall well-being.
  • Identify customer roadblocks and pain points, and advocate for solutions with product management and engineering teams.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to forecast growth and plan team scaling.
  • Hire, train, and enable new team members as needed.
  • Drive performance, teamwork, collaboration, and daily management practices within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a technical support team in a web-based software or SaaS company.
  • Strong commitment to customer experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to coach and develop employees effectively.
  • Experience leading a team toward performance outcomes, including KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with teamwork, collaboration, training, and enablement strategies.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical problem solving with broader team leadership.
  • Remote role; not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.

  • Competitive pay with location-based salary ranges of $116,960.00-$146,200.00, $123,760.00-$154,700.00, or $137,520.00-$171,900.00 depending on location.
