Description

  • Consult with customers to understand their use cases and desired outcomes.
  • Onboard, train, and enable new BloodHound Enterprise customers.
  • Maintain regular customer check-ins to drive engagement, address concerns, and share best practices.
  • Help customers integrate BloodHound Enterprise data with other systems.
  • Identify churn risk and create success plans to improve customer health and retention.
  • Keep account health and status updated for management and cross-team visibility.
  • Serve as the customer's voice internally and advocate for requested features.
  • Provide product design context and help develop solutions or prototypes that increase customer value.
  • Track support tickets and work with Support and Engineering to resolve bugs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Consulting, Penetration Testing, or other technical customer-facing roles in the security industry.
  • Customer Success Management experience is acceptable if the role required technical capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain an account book of business.
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Experience using REST APIs to solve business problems.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay current with evolving techniques.
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
  • Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability and willingness to work hours aligned with Eastern U.S. to Central U.S. time zones.
  • Travel up to 15% within region.
  • Preferred experience with penetration testing and/or administering Active Directory or Azure.
  • Preferred experience with BloodHound Community Edition or BloodHound Enterprise.
  • Preferred ability to explain Active Directory/Entra attack tradecraft.
  • Preferred experience with JSON formatting and containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred experience providing consultation services to companies in context.
