Description

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs including third-party events, tradeshows, New Relic-hosted events, and ABM activities for selected accounts.
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel promotion plans to drive attendance and engagement across programs.
  • Work with enterprise sales teams to shape customer- and prospect-facing programs that support pipeline and opportunity creation.
  • Manage and produce virtual and in-person field programs and events, including executive breakfasts and dinners, workshops, webinars, customer-led panels, and partner events.
  • Build registration pages using Drupal templates and create campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, marketing operations, internal teams, customers, and sales partners to deliver programs effectively.
  • Define KPIs with the marketing director, track budgets and vendors, and oversee event and program logistics from planning through execution.
  • Track, measure, and communicate program performance using marketing analytics tools.
  • Ensure leads from programs are correctly assigned and followed up on.
  • Test new tactics, learn from results, and continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space.
  • Experience with trade shows, conferences, roadshows, workshops, webinars, and executive roundtables.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing principles and tactics with demonstrable examples of applying them.
  • Proven Salesforce and Marketo expertise, including setting up campaigns, building emails, creating reports, and understanding leads versus contacts.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver against hard deadlines while managing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong sense of accountability and the ability to work at a fast pace with urgency.
  • Experience building positive relationships with sales teams (preferred).
  • Ability to align field marketing activities with business goals (preferred).
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment with a growth mindset (preferred).
