Description

  • Generate pipeline through multiple channels and sales motions.
  • Analyze industries, target accounts, and key decision-makers.
  • Organize and manage marketing lead information.
  • Plan outreach approaches in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Make outbound calls and secure appointments with prospects.
  • Nurture prospective customers through the sales process.
  • Qualify leads and determine the appropriate next step for each opportunity.
  • Represent New Relic effectively to new prospects and improve lead quality.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of inside sales experience; experience at a foreign SaaS company is preferred.
  • Experience handling both outbound and inbound calls.
  • Ability to develop persona-based messaging and share feedback with the team.
  • Self-starter who can manage a high volume of transactions independently.
  • Experience using sales productivity SaaS tools such as CRM and email distribution tools; Salesforce experience is welcome.
  • Native Japanese speaker.
  • Must be able to work in Japan.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
