Description

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including third-party events, tradeshows, New Relic-hosted events, and ABM activities.
  • Develop multi-channel promotion plans across email, paid media, social, sales teams, SDRs, and direct outreach to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Contribute to field marketing strategy by partnering with enterprise sales teams on market priorities and customer- and prospect-facing programs.
  • Manage and produce virtual and in-person field programs and events such as executive breakfasts, workshops, webinars, panels, and partner events.
  • Build registration pages using Drupal templates and create campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and marketing operations teams to deliver programs effectively.
  • Define KPIs, track budgets and vendors, and oversee program logistics from planning through execution.
  • Track, measure, and communicate program performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize results.
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to gather feedback and improve program experiences.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in field marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space.
  • Experience running trade shows, conferences, roadshows, workshops, webinars, executive roundtables, and similar programs.
  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and tactics with demonstrable examples of applying them.
  • Proven Salesforce and Marketo expertise, including campaign setup, email creation, reporting, and lead/contact knowledge.
  • Strong accountability, with the ability to work at a fast pace and with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver against hard deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building positive relationships with sales teams is a plus.
  • Ability to align field marketing activities with business goals is preferred.
  • Fluency in another language such as German or French is a plus.
