Description

  • Create and enforce streamlined processes for B2B event production across multiple event formats.
  • Lead production for large trade shows, small partner events, and mid-sized conventions.
  • Build and manage a transparent B2B event production budget in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Own day-to-day budget management across more than 40 events per year.
  • Maintain and grow vendor relationships to support B2B events and broader brand work.
  • Manage sourcing of pros from the Angi network for marketing shoots and multi-channel efforts.
  • Build processes that simplify and streamline pro sourcing workflows.
  • Lead and document the end-to-end lifecycle of the annual Super Service Award program.
  • Support ad hoc brand production work, including social campaigns, TV campaign production, and paid social production.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on brand operations and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in-house or at agencies with a focus on event or experiential production.
  • Experience producing large-scale or high-visibility events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong solutions-based problem solving skills and the ability to handle project challenges effectively.
  • Flexible and open to feedback, with the ability to turn input into action.
  • Experience diagnosing and improving processes with an evidence-based approach.
  • Ability to deliver large-scale work with a small team.
  • Comfort working across multiple markets with a localized, global perspective.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Figma, GSuite, Coupa, or similar creative and administrative tools.
  • Interest in or early adoption of AI tools for production workflows.
  • A personal connection to home services is a plus.
