Description

  • Build strategic marketing partnerships with global accounts, executives, and technical users to capture customer success stories.
  • Work cross-functionally with Communications/PR, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, and GTM teams.
  • Develop and lead customer content initiatives such as case studies, videos, slide decks, media opportunities, speaking engagements, analyst interviews, and event participation.
  • Recruit and interview customers to uncover use cases, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage multiple customer marketing projects from development through completion.
  • Track monthly metrics and provide regular reports to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
  • Expand the customer reference roster and support sales with references to help close opportunities.
  • Partner with field marketing and sales to create campaigns around engaged customers.
  • Help drive product usage and adoption in partnership with developer relations, sales, product marketing, PR, and field marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional IT services company or SaaS software provider.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Experience conducting interviews with B2B technology buyers and users.
  • Ability to communicate technical content and product use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work with senior executives and C-level customers.
  • Experience in content marketing, customer marketing programs, product or technical marketing, developer relations, or communications in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
  • Strong storytelling skills, including preparing briefing materials, interviewing, and editing.
  • Experience managing large, complex, global customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation and presentation delivery.
  • Intermediate Excel or spreadsheet skills, including data analysis for content creation.
  • Native-level English fluency.
  • Experience using AI tools to scale content production or automate workflows, preferred.
  • Track record of recruiting high-profile customer advocates from hard-to-reach enterprise accounts, preferred.
  • Experience directing or editing video testimonials or designing executive presentation decks, preferred.
  • Upper-intermediate foreign language skills (B2+) in Spanish, Portuguese, or another romance language, preferred.
