Description

  • Translate messaging frameworks and clinical insights into sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
  • Own sales enablement strategy and execution across key commercial initiatives.
  • Develop tools that support clinical conversations and objection handling in customer interactions.
  • Ensure materials are practical, usable, and aligned with field workflows and feedback.
  • Support national meetings, trainings, and field communications.
  • Gather field feedback and continuously refine tools to improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Training to deliver field-ready materials and programs.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to turn positioning into customer-facing assets.
  • Work with MarCom and other internal teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in downstream marketing, sales enablement, or commercial roles within the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Training, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction and market insights into clear, compelling, and practical sales enablement materials.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving field adoption, tool utilization, and commercial impact.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for medical devices.
  • Ability to translate clinical messaging into clear, field-ready value propositions and customer-facing materials.
  • Hybrid background in sales and marketing preferred.
  • High bias for action and practical execution.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States required; travel up to 25% and work location is Pleasanton.
