Description

  • Oversee and evolve New Relic’s global visual identity, voice, and brand guidelines across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary internal creative team.
  • Develop creative concepts and mockups for multi-channel campaigns, product launches, global events, paid media, and digital experiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, Demand Gen, and Corporate Communications on creative execution.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, high-conversion marketing assets.
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships and present creative vision to senior leadership.
  • Use data, user metrics, and AI tools to improve creative performance and production efficiency.
  • Source, direct, and manage external agencies, production houses, and freelance talent as needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of creative experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, developer-tooling, or technically complex B2B enterprise environment is preferred.
  • A diverse, world-class portfolio showing typography, digital and print design, corporate storytelling, video production, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong curiosity about developer culture, AI, and observability infrastructure.
  • Ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible visuals and messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with creative workflows using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate, pivot quickly, and work within enterprise B2B marketing constraints.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
