Description

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and SRE/DevOps leaders.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex six-figure and seven-figure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate the virtual account team, including Solution Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver quarterly and annual forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Analyze deal health and define strategic next steps to advance opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements and renewals, including procurement and legal processes.
  • Align the observability platform with customer business initiatives and digital transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Significant experience in expansion sales and complex renewals.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals in the 6- and 7-figure range.
  • Experience with sales cycles longer than 6 months.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or value-based selling methodologies.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong understanding of German business culture and the enterprise landscape.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Willingness to complete identity, employment eligibility, and criminal background verification.
  • Ability to pass export compliance assessment if required for the role.
