Description

Set and elevate the design standard for enterprise digital products across EWI-managed web experiences.
Translate product strategy, user needs, and brand vision into intuitive, accessible, high-fidelity design solutions.
Ensure consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy across digital experiences.
Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and concepting through validation and launch.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and resolve complex design challenges.
Champion user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices, including WCAG compliance.
Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems, component libraries, UI patterns, and templates.
Communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and leadership.
Act as a quality bar for design execution before delivery, ensuring product, brand, regulatory, and experience standards are met.
Mentor and influence designers without direct authority while supporting visual and UX leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale digital products.
Experience designing web-based and digital products within agile or product-led environments.
Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms.
Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define and deliver solutions.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product thinking, visual craft, and scalable execution.
Deep expertise in digital product design, design systems, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns.
Ability to mentor and influence designers without direct authority.
Experience designing for healthcare, patient, and provider-facing experiences, especially in regulated environments, is preferred.
