Description

  • Provide tier-1 end-user technical support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices through MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
  • Administer identity and access management systems, including user onboarding, off-boarding, SSO, MFA, and access reviews.
  • Implement and enforce security policies across endpoints, SaaS applications, and corporate systems, including audits and remediation.
  • Maintain SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other business-critical tools.
  • Troubleshoot L1/L2 network issues, including connectivity, VLAN assignments, and Wi‑Fi diagnostics.
  • Manage endpoint hardware inventory, including procurement, asset tagging, deployment, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Develop automation and tooling using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to streamline IT operations.
  • Support HIPAA, PII, and internal security compliance through access controls and process enforcement.
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and support processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience providing expert end-user support across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise MDM platform such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
  • Experience administering an enterprise IDP/IAM platform such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with full user lifecycle management, SSO configuration, MFA enforcement, and access reviews.
  • Experience implementing and enforcing security policies across endpoints and SaaS applications.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and PII handling.
  • Working knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and 802.1x.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, zero-trust architectures, and certificate-based authentication technologies such as TLS, X.509, U2F, and WebAuthn.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, VLANs, and wireless troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IaC and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud-Init.
  • Experience supporting legacy AV equipment such as conference room displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, and audio hardware.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills for supporting a diverse user base.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA or SOC 2.
