Description

  • Administer and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, workflows, request management, knowledge, and reporting.
  • Perform platform configuration, maintenance, upgrade support, patch validation, and operational administration.
  • Monitor platform performance and resolve incidents, errors, failed jobs, and integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot recurring and moderately complex platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Design and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, catalog items, notifications, and automation.
  • Support SDLC activities including requirements clarification, QA, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, process owners, and business stakeholders to deliver platform solutions.
  • Administer access controls, roles, groups, and security-related configuration, and support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Develop dashboards, scheduled reports, and operational analytics for leadership and governance needs.
  • Provide on-call support, incident response, service restoration, documentation, and mentorship to junior administrators.

Requirements

  • Active ITIL Foundation certification (required).
  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
  • 4-6 years of IT experience, with 2-4 years of ServiceNow platform administration preferred.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Experience with workflow configuration, forms, catalogs, notifications, reporting, and platform security administration.
  • Experience working within change management, release management, and SDLC processes.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience in a production environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation and work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD or CIS module certifications preferred.
  • Experience with integration concepts including REST APIs, middleware, and automation.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, monitoring tools, and scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell or Python.
