Description

  • Lead SAP BASIS administration and infrastructure management.
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and security.
  • Guide and mentor SAP BASIS team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Create reports and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Support project planning and execution using PM methodologies.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance standards.
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 7+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience.
  • 7+ years of business/system analysis and solution architecture experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules.
  • 7+ years of experience with Sybase/ASE and Microsoft Office tools.
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • Experience in large ERP programs and the public sector.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Indigenous business participation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Manitoba government processes (preferred).
  • Project management certifications such as PMI or TOGAF (preferred).
  • Experience leading remote teams (preferred).
