Description

  • Lead Revenue Cloud/Billing and AI Sales within the Solutions Engineering practice.
  • Develop practice strategies, mentor team members, and establish best-in-class pre-sales processes.
  • Drive go-to-market efforts for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced/Billing, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • Lead pre-sales discovery sessions, gather complex billing and monetization requirements, and deliver value-driven demonstrations.
  • Architect and present end-to-end deal cycles that incorporate Sales Cloud and Agentforce Sales/SDR agents.
  • Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and Statements of Work with accurate scoping.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams.
  • Provide field feedback to Salesforce product managers on Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem releases and autonomous AI capabilities.
  • Support customer success and execution of the Revenue Cloud and AI sales practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling, architecting, or implementing quote-to-cash or billing solutions, especially Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Subscription Management) or equivalent platforms such as Conga, Oracle CPQ, or Zuora.
  • 2+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, including discovery, architecture design, and technical RFP/RFI responses.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud pipeline management, forecasting, and core Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience or deep familiarity with Agentforce or Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform is highly preferred.
  • Ability to configure prompt templates, actions, and autonomous guardrails for SDR or sales use cases is highly preferred.
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern revenue models, including usage-based billing, evergreen subscriptions, consumption structures, and unified revenue workflows.
  • Hands-on architectural knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, product catalogs, pricing engines, and API-led ERP integrations with systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
  • Ability to build bespoke demos quickly for Revenue Cloud, Billing, AI Sales, or B2B Commerce use cases.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and storytelling skills to translate complex technical and financial requirements into executive-level demos.
