Description

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and invoicing.
  • Create architectural blueprints covering integrations, customizations, and system configurations.
  • Analyze existing product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop scalable solutions that optimize Quote-to-Cash processes and align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, Finance, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Lead implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across multiple transformation initiatives.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, and DocuSign.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates and industry trends, recommending new features, tools, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years on CPQ and Billing projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR.
  • Hands-on experience with document generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature tools.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Experience building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
  • Apex and Omniscript experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of integration concepts and tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and consultants.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows, plus channel, partner, and marketplace go-to-market strategies.
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Application Architect are strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I are preferred.
