Description

  • Monitor project financials, scope, and schedule to keep client engagements on track.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and manage operational aspects of the project.
  • Lead or co-lead status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Run kickoff sessions to define business objectives, success metrics, and measurable goals, then track progress throughout delivery.
  • Support requirements gathering and ownership, ensuring business requirements are captured, groomed, and traceable through delivery.
  • Own user story creation and lead grooming sessions with the Solution Architect, including quality of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions.
  • Facilitate and support UAT, including test plan coordination, defect tracking, and resolution management.
  • Support end-user training efforts by coordinating logistics, contributing materials, and ensuring stakeholder readiness.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage B2B CRM and AI software projects while guiding SDLC delivery as an Agile Scrum Master.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect as a project manager or scrum leader.
  • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW or change order contracting.
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content to client stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce or AI solutions, including blueprint and implementation projects.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Preferred: hybrid background similar to Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional/Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
