Description

  • Manage website development and digital marketing projects.
  • Lead client kickoffs, status calls, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and QA teams.
  • Guide projects through discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Review final websites for alignment with scope and client requirements.
  • Document project progress, risks, blockers, and scope changes while developing solutions.
  • Monitor workloads, capacity, performance metrics, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate handoffs among sales, account management, production, and client teams.
  • Support workflow improvements and coordinate post-launch support activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital project management and web production.
  • 5+ years of client-facing agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of website development and digital marketing workflows.
  • Ability to explain SEO and paid media concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency preferred.
  • PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master certification highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with CRMs and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and results-driven.
