Description

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Manage and communicate roadmap progress across multiple concurrent delivery streams using tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Participate in client status meetings and report progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bridge business, technical, and process perspectives to maintain alignment with client goals.
  • Adapt delivery plans to frequent prioritization changes in a fluid environment.
  • Support team development and continuous improvement practices.
  • Use AI tools for meeting transcripts, agile summaries, root cause analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working independently as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban in complex, multi-workstream environments.
  • Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high stakeholder visibility.
  • Ability to build client rapport and communicate with business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working on international contracts and in high-performance agile teams.
  • Fluent Spanish for engagement with the Mexico-based client team.
  • Fluent English for internal CI&T communication and international program alignment.
  • Regular use of AI tools and enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows.
  • Based in Colombia to support client engagement and timezone alignment.
  • Experience with staff augmentation or embedded enterprise teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration and agentic workflows (preferred).
  • Experience supporting delivery manager succession or serving as a senior squad reference (preferred).
