Description

Convert UI/UX wireframes and business requirements into Salesforce applications.
Develop front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive and intuitive user experiences.
Design, test, and deploy solutions aligned with industry best practices and client requirements.
Implement solutions that address and prevent recurring performance issues.
Document best practices and operational procedures.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Salesforce architects, and project teams from design through go-live.
Resolve technical issues and deliver scalable client solutions.
Research emerging technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.
Own technical solutions end to end, translating high-level business requirements into functional applications.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a front-end developer.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Experience with JavaScript libraries, SOAP, and XML.
Experience debugging with JavaScript tools such as Chrome Developer Console.
Experience building mobile and responsive web applications.
Experience developing cross-browser compatible solutions.
Proven experience in web development and design.
Experience building external-facing portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Communities).
Proficiency with modern version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Salesforce DX, Copado, or Jenkins.
Experience integrating third-party RESTful APIs and external web services within front-end components.
Strong understanding of asynchronous JavaScript programming, including Promises and async/await.
Proven track record of full-lifecycle deployments from sandbox environments to production.
Hands-on experience across the complete SDLC on multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
Good usability and web accessibility practices (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
Ability to work with both waterfall and agile methodologies and across the full delivery life cycle (preferred).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision (preferred).
